A snippet of a new song by Usher leaked onto the net today. Supposedly the track is a Stargate production plus the song is expected to be a duet with Ne-yo or is either written by Ne-Yo. Usher will release his new album, before the end of this year. According to reports, the album will be called “Regret”.
