Solange Knowles will release her sophomore album Soul Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams in August via Geffen Records. The name of Solange’s first single is called “ I Decided.” It was produced by The Neptunes and written by Cee-Lo Green. “I Decided” is an upbeat track with a Motown sound.
