The word on the curb is that the Carters are set to launch a worldwide tour called "The Bonnie and Clyde" tour. Supposedly an annoucement will be made this Friday during Beyoncé's performance at Fashion Rocks! With both of their new albums coming out around the same time, this rumor may have some truth to it.
