USHER VS. JAMIE FOXX

"Just Like Me" is the latest single off Jamie Foxx's third studio album, Intuition, which has already hit stores this past December. Before Foxx even got a hold of The Dream and Tricky Stewart production, multitalented recording artist Usher had already recorded his own version that was slated to be released on his album Here I Stand. The two tracks have recently been mixed together to seem as a collabo with ATL rapper T.I. But with 2 artist and 1 track E3 wants to ask you... which track is better? Usher's or Jamie Foxx's? Listen to both versions below.

BEYONCE IS A SONG STEALER?!

2 ARTIST 1 TRACK: BEYONCE vs. BC JEAN
Beyoncé has got the internet going nuts... Rumor has it that she swagger jacked the “If I Were A Boy” track from up and coming pop/rock singer and songwriter BC Jean. The track was produced and co-written by Toby Gad along with BC Jean. The truth is that when BC’s record deal fell through, co-writer Toby Gad kept the track and shopped it around to big name artists. The same thing happened with Fergie’s “Big Girls Don’t Cry”, also produced by Gad. Not saying that it's fair, but this is very common in the music biz. You can hear BC Jean’s version of “If I Were A Boy” below and compare to Beyonce's version. Which track do you like best?

2 ARTIST & 1 TRACK

The Danja-produced track Official Girl will be the lead single off Cassie's forthcoming album but was also recorded by singing sensation Karina Pasian for her debut album. With 2 artist and 1 track E3 poses the question - Who Sang It Best?

E3 presents: 2 Artist & 1 Track

Beyonce had a whole mess of unreleased tracks from her B’Day sessions and Mario has had some trouble with album release dates (Go! has been pushed back a lot since last year), so they both had some leftover tracks and time to mess around in the studio. So, here are two different version of the song “If.” Beyonce’s version is very melodic, and full of drama - from the vocal arrangement, to the production.

Mario’s version is more R&B-flavored song (he sings similar lyrics to the Beyonce version, but over Trey Songz’s “Can’t Help But Wait” track).
Even though they are two completely different takes on the song, you know E3 has to ask the question… who sang it better? Did Beyonce kill it, or did Mario do the song justice?
