Rihanna, wearing a yellow Versace dress, covers the March edition of COSMOPOLITAN magazine. In the four-page spread, Rihanna opens about love and what she looks for in a guy.

Rihanna on what she likes and dislikes in a guy: "If a guy is hot and ke knows it - forget it. I hate arrogance. I like facial hair and a guy who dresses rugged."

Rihanna on love advice: "I have three girlfriends and about 20 guy friends. I love listening to guy talk because I learn a lot. Here's the key: 'You can't lower your standards for a guy because he won't respect you and he'll tell his friends. You always have to stick up for yourself and speak your mind.''

Janet Jackson continues to promote for her forthcoming album 'Discipline' (due February 26th) by doing a photoshoot for PARADE Magazine.

Singer Nicole Scherzinger has recently done a photoshoot for GIANT Magazine for its latest issue (February 2008). Nicole's debut solo album entitled "Her Name Is Nicole" is scheduled to hit stores in June 2008.
