DWYANE WADE INFECTED WIFE WITH STD

Dwayne Wade has infected his wife with a STD, according to court records. This divorce is getting very bumpy (no pun intended)… In legal papers, high school sweetheart and ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade alleges he abandoned his children, committed adultery, and infected her with an unspecified sexually transmitted disease. She wants the names of "all of his sexual partners" during their six-year marriage. Dwyane, who turns 27 on Saturday, petitioned for the divorce last May. He and Siohvaughn, 27, have two boys, Zaire, who will be 7 next month, and Zion, 1. Siohvaughn moved back to Chicago with the kids last year. Siohvaughn Wade claims that Dwyane hasn't seen his sons in months. His ''failure to spend time with them . . . has resulted in the children at times being afraid of him; in fact, Zion . . . does not recognize or know Dwyane.'' She wants sole custody, and support. She also says she has suffered ''grievous physical, emotional and mental injury'' from the STD, diagnosed in the fall of '07. "Dwyane has squandered substantial sums of marital property including . . . buying his mother a $2 million church; placing substantial sums of money in an account with another woman; providing numerous friends and family members with unrestricted access to accounts with hundreds of thousands of dollars of marital funds from which they made substantial withdrawals …'' Meanwhile, she says, he cut her off financially.Dwyane's Heat salary is $14,410,581, according to published reports. He hauls in millions more from major endorsements such as Gatorade and Converse. The All-Star has been romantically linked to actress Gabrielle Union.

DWYANE WADE FACES LAWSUIT

A story in Florida's Sun-Sentinel reported that Dwyane Wade is facing a lawsuit for breach of contract from former partners Mark Rodberg and Richard von Houtman. Rodberg and von Houtman helped Wade open two restaurants last year and were planning a third. But both D. Wade's Sports Grills shut down in the last couple of months and the plaintiffs are saying it's because Wade didn't fulfill his end of the deal by making the required marketing and promotional appearances on behalf the restaurants.Wade, however, is saying that he did meet his obligations and Rodberg and von Houtman , who are looking for $15,000 and attorney's fees, needed to slow their roll and let the restaurants marinate for a minute before expanding. "If anything, Dwyane has a concern that the value of his name has been tarnished by ceasing operation of the restaurants," Steven Peretz, Wade's attorney, told the Sun Sentinel. "This is an instance where D. Wade called a timeout on the expectation of the restaurants. The pilot restaurants have not shown any record for success."

MOMMA'S BOY

Well, this puts a bouquet of flowers to shame; Dwyane Wade bought his mom a church for Mother's Day. (Show off.) Just kidding, it's a great story. D-Wade's mom Jolinda turned her drug addicted life around seven years ago when, after years of urging by her children, she got help and got clean. Along the way, she devoted her life to spreading the word of God, starting her first ministry while in prison. And now, thanks to her son, she's got her own — Temple of Praise. That is truly a unique gift especially since athletes often buy their moms houses, but Dwyane bought something divine to show his love.
