Erykah Badu is taking her brand of 'honey' to the box office again, this time she's starring opposite Mos Def. According to Blackvoices, Badu has picked up a leading role in the indie film, 'Bobby Zero.' Starring opposite Mos Def, Badu will portray the 'Cadillac Records' star's girlfriend in the film due to start shooting next year. Mos Def will play the romantic lead in the story of a 'down on his luck' social satirist who gives up his artistic aspirations to work at an advertising agency where he is confronted with his past. Stepping outside the box, Bobby (Mos Def) discovers the world is not as it seems.

Rihanna will be making her big screen debut in an upcoming film called “Mama Black Widow,” which is based on the 1969 novel of the same name by writer Robert “Iceberg Slim” Beck.
